LAND O’ LAKES, Fla. – A 52-year-old man has been charged with murder after running over a man with an ATV, according to Pasco Sheriff’s Office.
Dale Slaunwhite, 52, is held in the Pasco County Jail on no bond.
According to deputies, on Monday, April 17, around 10 p.m., Pasco Sheriff’s deputies received a call reporting a deceased adult male in the St. Luke Road area of Land O’ Lakes.
Deputies say that two men, known to each other, were involved in an escalated argument.

Deputies say Slaunwhite struck the other adult male with an ATV, resulting in death. The name of the victim has not been released.
There is no public safety threat. This remains an active and ongoing investigation.
