POLK COUNTY, Fla. – Frank Vito Bianchi, 30, of Land O’ Lakes, was arrested on Sunday, October 20th, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office after a traffic stop revealed an outstanding warrant for grand theft and multiple driving violations.

A deputy pulled over Bianchi’s gray VW Jetta in Eloise and found the man had a suspended driver’s license. Further investigation revealed that Bianchi also lacked proper insurance, an offense that had been ongoing since the previous year.

The warrant for Bianchi’s arrest stemmed from a grand theft charge, where he is accused of stealing $500 from a friend last month. Despite the accusation, Bianchi maintained his innocence in a text message to the victim, claiming, “I wasn’t stealing the money bro good lord get that **** through you thick head. I needed it for one f****** night until tomorrow morning.”

Bianchi was arrested and booked into the Polk County Jail on the outstanding warrant and additional charges of driving with a suspended license, possessing a suspended license, and failure to maintain insurance.
