POLK COUNTY, Fla. – A Lake Wales man’s attempt to evade arrest ended with a K-9 encounter and additional charges on Tuesday morning.

Polk County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to a residence on Poe Road in Lake Wales around 7:15 a.m. to locate 60-year-old Terry Gene Storeby, who was wanted by the U.S. Marshals on a felony warrant.
