KISSIMMEE, Fla. – Levelle Joseph Harris, 38, from Kissimmee, Florida, has been arrested and indicted on four counts of wire fraud. If convicted, he faces up to 20 years in federal prison for each count and a potential forfeiture of $651,432, the alleged proceeds of the fraud.
According to court documents, Harris allegedly orchestrated a scheme between February 2022 and January 2023 to obtain a mortgage through false pretenses.

He then used the funds to purchase a property subject to federal criminal forfeiture. The indictment alleges that Harris fraudulently obtained over $650,000 through this scheme.
It’s important to remember that an indictment is simply an accusation, and Harris is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation is investigating the case, and Assistant United States Attorney Hannah Nowalk is prosecuting it. Assistant United States Attorney Jennifer Harrington is handling the forfeiture aspect of the case.
