With just three days until Election Day, Vice President Kamala Harris made an unannounced trip to New York City to appear on “Saturday Night Live,” stepping away briefly from the battleground states where she’s been campaigning.
According to the AP, Harris left Charlotte, North Carolina, on Air Force Two on Saturday, originally scheduled to head to Detroit. However, mid-flight, aides revealed her true destination: New York.
Three sources confirmed her plans, noting her appearance on SNL’s final episode before Election Day, though they spoke anonymously as they were not authorized to discuss the details publicly.

In addition to her work on SNL, Rudolph has had a successful career in film and television, with notable roles in “Bridesmaids,” “The Good Place,” and “Loot.”
