U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), in collaboration with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF), arrested a Haitian national in New Bedford, Massachusetts, on February 5th.
Queenssy Bryan Lindor, 21, is facing charges in Massachusetts, including two counts of rape, indecent assault and battery on a person 14 years or older, possession of child pornography, witness intimidation, and violation of a harassment prevention order.

“Queenssy Bryan Lindor stands accused of some unspeakable crimes, when combined with his convictions prove that he represents a substantial threat to the residents of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts,” said ICE ERO acting Field Office Director Patricia H. Hyde.
Lindor illegally entered the United States near Del Rio, Texas, in November 2019. He was subsequently arrested and released on an order of recognizance. However, Lindor’s criminal activity in Massachusetts led to further legal trouble:
- February 2023: Arraigned for assault and battery in Barnstable District Court.
- September 2023: Convicted of assault and battery and sentenced to 30 days in prison.
- November 2023: Indicted on multiple charges, including rape, indecent assault, child pornography, witness intimidation, and violation of a harassment prevention order.
- September 2024: Convicted of violating a harassment prevention order and sentenced to probation.

Despite an ICE detainer lodged against him in 2023, Lindor was released on bail by the Barnstable House of Corrections. His arrest on February 5th highlights the continued efforts of ICE to prioritize public safety and apprehend individuals who pose a threat to communities.
“We refuse to allow law-abiding New Englanders to be subjected to such a menace,” said Hyde. “ICE Boston will continue to prioritize public safety by arresting and removing illegal alien offenders from our neighborhoods.”
