Chinese cybersecurity laws require data collected by these drones to be stored within China, allowing Chinese authorities access to sensitive information without notification.

Additionally, China dominates the supply of critical parts, such as semiconductors and communications equipment, used in drones, further intensifying security risks.

Chinese drones pose a significant national and economic security threat to the U.S., with the potential capability to track and influence drone flights.
