A female employee inside the restroom of a Florida convenience store and gas station was strangled to the point of losing consciousness after a homeless man walked into the woman’s restroom and lodged an unprovoked random and violent attack on the victim.
34-year-old Israel Graham, who is listed as homeless, walked into a Martin County service station bathroom, grabbed the woman, and began choking her.
Deputies say despite her best efforts to fight him off, the victim began to lose consciousness and fell to the ground.

Witnesses who heard an unusual commotion inside the bathroom walked in and saw Graham on top of the victim with his hands around her neck.
Investigators say the suspect got up and ran.
Martin County Sheriff’s Office deputies and detectives were immediately called to the location and were provided a solid description and video clips of the suspect walking in and out of the store.
They were able to track and arrest Graham not long after the attack.
He was arrested and charged with Felony Battery and remains at the Martin County jail.
