PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – A 58-year-old Holiday woman was killed overnight after being struck by a car while crossing US-19, according to Florida Highway Patrol.
Troopers say around 2:25 am, a car was traveling southbound on US-19, north of Bonita Road, when the Holiday woman attempted to cross the highway eastbound.
The pedestrian entered the path of and was struck by the vehicle.

Transported to an area hospital, the pedestrian later died from injuries suffered during the crash.
