Holiday Man Struck By Car On SR-54 In Pasco County

PASCO COUNTY, Fla. - A 34-year-old Holiday man suffered serious injuries after being struck by a car on Friday at around 4:41 a.m.

PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – A 34-year-old Holiday man suffered serious injuries after being struck by a car on Friday at around 4:41 a.m.

According to Florida Highway Patrol, a Chevrolet Malibu was traveling eastbound on SR-54 near the intersection of Sawyer Drive when a 34-year-old Holiday man crossed the highway into the path of and was struck by the vehicle. 

The pedestrian suffered serious injuries and was transported to an area hospital.

The 70-year-old Port Richey man operating the vehicle was uninjured.
