A Hilton Hotel manager in Tennessee has been arrested after a man staying at the hotel was awoken by the manager sucking on his toes.
52-year-old David Patrick Neal was charged in Nashville on Friday with aggravated burglary and assault and held on a $27,000 bond.
According to Metro police, Neal was the night manager at downtown Nashville’s Hilton Hotel.
Police said Neal allegedly made a key card and used it to enter the guest’s room on March 30 at around 5 a.m. The male victim told police he woke up and found Neal sucking on his toes.

The victim immediately confronted Neal and recognized him as the person who had come into his room the day before with another employee to address an issue the guest was having with his TV, according to a report by WKRN.
Officers arrived at the hotel and spoke with Neal, who admitted to entering the guest’s room but said he did so after allegedly smelling smoke and wanted to check on the victim.
According to WKRN, police said Neal did not report the smell of smoke to security, nor were there any other reports about a smell of smoke in the hotel.
According to investigators, Neal said he threw the key away, and police were unable to recover it.
The male victim has now filed suit against the hotel chain for sexual assault.
Speaking with WKRN in Nashville, the victim, Pete Brennan of Texas, said he was on a “typical work trip” when the sexual assault happened.

“I awoke to a gentleman who had snuck into my room somehow and was sexually assaulting me,” explained Brennan to the outlet. “It was actually the Hilton manager [who] was the attacker.”
“All my life, you just have that sense of security, and that sense of peace, right? It’s not like you’re camping and you have to kind of keep one eye open. You have that security that’s yours, and when you close your eyes, you feel like you’re safe and you’re protected, and it was a complete violation,” Brennan told WKRN. “I was just so, so shocked. It was, who are you? Why are you in my room? It was almost like a dream, a sort of nightmare. It just didn’t make sense. Why is this person touching me?”
Brennan told the outlet that he was so shocked he yelled and immediately went to talk to hotel security, even filing a complaint with the Metro Nashville Police Department and is now seeking justice.
In a statement to WKRN, Hilton Hotels said, “The Hilton Nashville Downtown is an independently owned property, and I cannot speak on the hotel’s behalf.”
