HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. – Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office detectives arrested a known offender in an undercover drug bust near West Hillsborough Avenue and Webb Road on Wednesday, November 6th.

Robert Deamore, 41, was caught in the act of conducting a drug transaction involving fentanyl and methamphetamine. He was taken into custody without incident.

A search of Deamore revealed a significant stash of illegal substances:

  • A concealed knife tucked into his waistband
  • 26 grams of methamphetamine
  • Multiple bags of fentanyl
  • Marijuana
  • Syringes
  • Baggies commonly used for drug distribution

“As we continue to keep our community safe, every arrest that removes fentanyl and methamphetamine from our streets is a step forward in combating the opioid crisis,” said Sheriff Chad Chronister. “Together, we can reduce the impact of these dangerous drugs and protect Hillsborough County.”
