BRANDON, Fla. – The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is actively searching for John Aylor, 37, who is wanted in connection with the fatal stabbing of 64-year-old Julie Aylor on August 12, 2024, in Brandon.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Aylor on charges of First Degree Felony Murder while Engaged in a Burglary and Armed Burglary of a Dwelling with Assault/Battery.

Sheriff Chad Chronister stated, “We are urging the community to assist us in locating this dangerous individual. Any information could be vital in providing closure for the victim’s family.”
Deputies responded to a 911 call around 4:40 a.m., reporting a 64-year-old woman with a stab wound. Sadly, she was pronounced deceased at the scene.
