HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. – The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 20-year-old Jordan Arnold, who is wanted on multiple charges related to retail theft and RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) violations.
Detectives with HCSO are actively searching for Arnold, who faces the following charges:
- RICO Violation Retail Theft/Coordinated Retail Theft >$750
- RICO Conspiracy or Endeavor

Authorities are urging anyone with information about Arnold’s current whereabouts to come forward.
