HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. – Hillsborough County Fire Rescue fought a fire at a manufactured home on Thursday afternoon.

A 911 call was placed at 1:07 PM, reporting that the house at 215 Sandy Avenue in Tampa was on fire. Engine 31 was first on the scene, relaying to all incoming units that the primary structure was 50% involved with exposures to the neighboring house.

Officials say firefighters pulled an attack line to knock the blaze down and prevent further damage to the exposed structure.

Firefighters had the fire under control within seven minutes.  Primary and secondary searches were conducted of both residences, and no occupants were found. Additional units assisted with firefighting operations and overhaul.

There were no injuries to civilians or first responders, and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
