HERNANDO COUNTY, Fla. – A Weeki Wachee man has been arrested on multiple charges related to the possession of child pornography following an investigation by the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office.
Nick Albert Crescitelli, 45, was taken into custody on February 27, 2025, after detectives executed a search warrant at his residence on Fine Street. The investigation began in November 2024 when detectives received information regarding Crescitelli’s alleged possession of child pornography.

During the search of Crescitelli’s home, investigators discovered evidence leading to his arrest on four counts of Possession of Child Pornography. A glass pipe, which later tested positive for methamphetamine, was also found in his bedroom.
Crescitelli faces the following charges:
- Possession of Child Pornography (4 counts) – No Bond
- Unlawful Use of a Two-Way Communication Device
- Possession of Paraphernalia – $6,000 Bond

“Sheriff Al Nienhuis has a zero tolerance for possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material,” the Sheriff’s Office stated. “Any and all tips are, and will be, meticulously investigated, no stone will be left unturned. Any person who possesses material of this nature will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.”
The investigation remains ongoing.
