HERNANDO COUNTY, Fla. – As of 7 AM on Tuesday, August 6th, Hernando County is offering emergency building permits to residents impacted by Hurricane Debby. Applications can be found on the county website (www.HernandoCounty.us) and must be complete and notarized, if applicable.

Completed applications should be emailed to emergencypermits@hernandocounty.us.
