SPRING HILL, Fla. – The Hernando County Sheriff’s Office Vice and Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant on November 22, 2024, at Three J Jewelers, located at 4066 Deltona Blvd., Spring Hill, uncovering a significant cocaine trafficking operation.
The operation followed an extensive investigation into the jewelry store, where authorities suspected the owner, Pedro Martinez, 54, of engaging in cocaine sales. Detectives discovered trafficking quantities of cocaine and crack cocaine during the search.

Martinez was arrested at the scene and transported to the Hernando County Detention Center.
As a result of the investigation and evidence recovered, Martinez faces multiple charges, including:
- Trafficking in Cocaine (1 count)
- Sale of Cocaine (4 counts)
- Possession of a Structure with Intent to Sell a Controlled Substance (4 counts)
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell (4 counts)
- Unlawful Use of a Two-Way Communication Device (4 counts)
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (4 counts)
