TAMPA, Fla. – Davian Walker, 19, of Haines City, has been arrested and charged with multiple counts of convenience store robberies throughout the Middle District of Florida, announced Acting United States Attorney Sara C. Sweeney.
Walker faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in federal prison if convicted.
According to the criminal complaint and court statements, Walker committed five robberies within a three-month period. Each robbery involved Walker brandishing what appeared to be a handgun and demanding cash from store clerks.

Law enforcement linked Walker to the first four robberies through an investigation that identified his phone number and the vehicle he used to travel to the crime scenes. This information allowed authorities to track and ultimately arrest Walker shortly after he committed a robbery in Titusville during the early morning hours of March 13, 2025.
The investigation was a collaborative effort involving the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Lake County Sheriff’s Office, the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office, the Zephyrhills Police Department, the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, the Titusville Police Department, the Orlando Police Department, the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, and the Polk County Sheriff’s Office. Assistant United States Attorney Candace Garcia Rich will prosecute the case.
