A gunman was killed after a shooting incident at UPMC Memorial Hospital in York, Pennsylvania on Saturday.
While the extent of injuries to others, if any, remains unclear, hospital officials confirmed that no patients were harmed.
Law enforcement authorities are currently on the scene and have secured the hospital.

UPMC Memorial, a five-story, 104-bed facility that opened in 2019, has advised non-essential staff to stay home. Families of patients are being directed to the parking lot of the OSS building across the street.
Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro is en route to the hospital after being briefed on the situation.
