What goes around apparently still comes around. Just days after a four-Democrat majority on the Colorado Supreme Court erased former President Donald Trump from the state’s 2024 ballot, Republican officials seek to do the same to President Joe Biden.
Now, GOP lawmakers in Georgia, Arizona, and Pennsylvania seek to pull Biden off their respective ballots.
Biden won all three in 2020, but now Trump leads Biden in the polls in each state, running between two points and six points ahead of the incumbent in those states.
Leading the effort are Pennsylvania Rep. Aaron Bernstine, Georgia Rep. Charlice Byrd, and Arizona Rep. Cory Mcgarr.

“We are joining forces to introduce legislation to REMOVE Joe Biden from the ballot in Georgia, Arizona, and Pennsylvania,” the lawmakers told Breitbart News.
“The absurdity of radical Democrat judges removing Donald Trump from the ballot in Colorado will be a stain on the American political system for decades. By their very own interpretation of the law, Joe Biden is 100% not eligible to run for political office.”
“Democrats’ insane justification to remove Trump can just as easily be applied to Joe Biden for his ‘insurrection’ at the southern border and his alleged corrupt family business dealings with China,” the lawmakers further told Breitbart.
“Colorado radicals just changed the game, and we are not going to sit quietly while they destroy our Republic,” the lawmakers added.
“To be clear, our objective is to showcase the absurdity of Colorado’s decision and allow ALL candidates to be on the ballot in all states,” they wrote. “To do that, we must fight back as Republicans against the communists currently running our great country.”

Biden, meanwhile, is only feeding Republicans’ ill will by siding with left-wing media analysts and Democratic politicians who argue Trump tried to overthrow the government in January 2021.
“It’s self-evident. You saw it all. Now whether the 14th Amendment applies, I’ll let the court make that decision,” Biden told reporters during a trip to Wisconsin.
“But he certainly supported an insurrection. No question about it. None. Zero.”
