Most predictions are calling for above-normal tropical activity this year fueled by exceptionally warm ocean waters and an expected shift from El Nio to La Nia. It is crucial for residents to be prepared as hurricane season in Florida starts on June 1 and goes through the end of November. The expo will provide valuable information on how to protect yourself and your property during a storm.
