On Monday, three supporters of former President Donald Trump will be in a federal courthouse in Ocala to answer charges after they were arrested on Saturday, Jan. 6.
Their alleged crimes, however, were committed on Jan. 6, 2021, during the riot at the U.S. Capitol.
The FBI’s arrests of “fugitives” Jonathan Pollock, Olivia Pollock, and Joseph Hutchinson III at a ranch in Groveland simultaneously outraged conservatives and sent shivers down their spines.

That’s because they came two days after U.S. Attorney Matthew Graves in Washington announced that people who did not even go into the Capitol on J6 are now fair game for the FBI’s bloodhounds.
As Tampa Free Press noted, the Pollocks, who are brother and sister, and Hutchinson were wanted for assaulting cops during the melee. It’s unclear what they did specifically.
But the troubling thing, as reported by the conservative website 100% Fed Up, is that Graves is now expanding the manhunt for Trump supporters who happened to be in the vicinity of the brawl.
The FBI has already captured more than 1,200 people involved in the unrest that occurred on J6. In a speech on Friday, President Joe Biden bragged that his regime had already sent these folks to a collective 840 years in prison, with more time to come for those with cases still pending.
Graves told reporters last week that so far the Justice Department had used its “prosecutorial discretion” to go after those who simply had entered the Capitol or engaged in violence on the grounds of the Capitol.
That was changing, however.

“If a person knowingly entered a restricted area without authorization, they’ve already committed a federal crime.”
Graves then suggested that means “thousands of people [who were] occupying an area they were not authorized to be present in in the first place” could now be fodder for new criminal prosecutions.
In response to Graves’ comments, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene said on X, “They are going to prosecute innocent people that didn’t even go in the Capitol, who had no idea about any lines they crossed on Capitol grounds that the American taxpayers pay for, while not prosecuting over 60% of daily crime in DC.”
“These are the ‘defenders’ of democracy. If only my GOP colleagues cared to help me stop this,” the Georgia Republican added.
On X, conservative commentator Jack Posobiec added, “He’s talking about the public lawn of the Capitol. This is how insane these people are.”
Infowars host Owen Shroyer added, also on X, “I warned this was coming. My case was precedent setting.(sic) Make no mistake, the message here is: If you’re a Trump supporter, or any right-wing anti-establishment candidate, you have no 1st Amendment rights. You will be charged & incarcerated for speaking, reporting, or protesting.”

The X account End Wokeness noted, “3.2 million illegals invaded our country in 2023 but the regime is busy rounding up MAGA for walking on a lawn in 2021.”
Michael Siefert, founder and CEO of the conservative West Palm Beach-based online retail website Public Square, added, “If the United States saw what the United States was doing to the citizens of the United States, the United States would invade the United States to liberate the citizens of the United States.”
