A 19-year-old healthcare worker from Loganville, Georgia, Lucrecia Kormassa Koiyan, has been arrested and charged with exploitation of a disabled person after viral videos surfaced on TikTok showing her dancing suggestively on the heads of patients with disabilities.

Loganville Police Chief M.D. Lowry announced the arrest on Tuesday, January 28th. The charges, a felony, stem from videos posted on TikTok where Koiyan, wearing blue scrubs, appears to twerk on the head of a male patient sitting in a chair.

Another video from the same account shows similar actions with a different male patient in a bathtub.

The Loganville Police Department was made aware of the videos on January 23rd and executed a search warrant on January 28th, leading to Koiyan’s arrest.

She was booked into the Walton County Jail and subsequently bonded out early Wednesday, according to the Walton County Sheriff’s Office. Information regarding an attorney and bail amount was not immediately available.

Following the widespread circulation of the videos, a woman posting from the same account defended Koiyan, claiming the videos were misinterpreted.

She asserted that the patients were verbal and that accusations of sexual assault or rape were unfounded. She also posted blurred footage, purportedly of one of the men from the videos, in an attempt to support her claims.
