Georgia Finds More Election Ballots Not Counted

The State of Georgia is still finding uncounted election ballots as the audit and recounting continues. Now coming in at over 5,000 ballots in 3-counties and concern over more.

Another 284 ballots were found in Walton County. The local Board of Elections chair, Lori Wood, told the Walton Tribune the problem was due to votes being previously uploaded from only one of the two ballot scanners in a precinct. “We would have discovered it,” Wood said. “Maybe not this week, but we would have discovered it.”

Fayette County Georgia found 2,755 ballots that had not been included in the original count and Floyd County 2,600.

The AP has not called the Presidential race in Georgia but Biden leads Trump 2,472,098 to 2,458,121. After Georgia has completed the recount, 16 Electoral votes will be awarded to either Biden or Trump. Biden has already been declared President-Elect by the AP at 290 Electoral votes to Trumps 232.
