All defendants have pleaded not guilty and are awaiting trial, scheduled for September 24th. If convicted, they could face substantial prison sentences.
The indictment resulted from a collaborative investigation by Homeland Security Investigations, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigations.
