Following the raid executed by the FBI on Monday, at former President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home, Republican Rep. Matt Gaetz pulled no punches in calling out the Biden Administration's actions.

Gaetz Blasts Biden “How Much More For Ukraine?” Ahead Of The State Of The Union

U.S. Rep. Matt Gaetz attacked President Joe Biden and lawmakers from both parties for putting Ukraine’s interest ahead of American taxpayers and chastised the pro-war interests for ignoring the threat from China.

U.S. Rep. Matt Gaetz attacked President Joe Biden and lawmakers from both parties for putting Ukraine’s interest ahead of American taxpayers and chastised the pro-war interests for ignoring the threat from China.

Even to the point of causing a nuclear war.

“How much more for Ukraine? Is there any limit? Which billionth dollar really kicks in the door?” the Fort Walton Beach Republican opened in a House floor speech given on the eve of Biden’s State of the Union address, but just two days after a U.S. fighter jet took out a Chinese spy balloon.

“China reminds us we have real issues,” said Gaetz. China’s offensive against America has been ongoing, as Chinese Communist Party spies have been “infiltrating our universities, stealing our innovations, buying off our politicians, surveilling our citizens — all the while capturing the loyalty of America’s most powerful corporations.”

“But tomorrow,” he added, “President Biden will tell us how much more we must do for Ukraine.”

“Why Ukraine?” asked Gaetz, after encouraging listeners to consider how many items in their homes comes from there and considering that its leadership recently arrested many of its own officials for corruption.

“Perhaps the answer is as simple as the Hunter Biden life motto: a grifter’s gotta grift.”

“A serious nation would never let foreign interests abroad, or special interests here at home dictate its foreign policy,” Gaetz continued. “And we are placing trust in leaders who do not deserve trust.”

Gaetz predicted that the Ukraine-Russia war would escalate and drag America along with it. He noted that Lockheed-Martin recently said it was ramping up production of F-16s in expectation of America sending them to Ukraine — something Biden said would not happen.

Gaetz also accused Biden of trying to provoke a nuclear conflict with Russia. How did he know? Because, he said, the same Pentagon that said the Afghan army could effectively the Taliban is saying nuclear war with Russia won’t happen.

He also argued America’s involvement is making things worse.

“Tens of thousands of Ukrainians and Russians will die this year because Congress feels good when it sends instruments of death and billions of cash,” said Gaetz.

“This war could end tomorrow if we pursued negotiation. But Biden refuses.”

“We can and must push for peace,” he concluded, adding that only former President Donald Trump employs such rhetoric right now.

“Trump is right to recognize that we are on the brink of World War 3 and that immediate action for peace is necessary to stop disaster.”

President Joe Biden will address the nation during the State of the Union address to Congress on Tuesday, and he is poised to announce a bid for re-election next year.

Biden, 80, is already the oldest president in US history. If he wins re-election, his second term will expire after he turns 86. Questions about Biden’s competence will be unavoidable in the days ahead, and high-profile speeches like this are an opportunity to silence critics – or give them more ammunition.
