POLK COUNTY, Fla. – The Polk County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect involved in a retail theft and battery that occurred at the Aldi grocery store located at 9550 US 192 in the Four Corners area of Clermont. The incident took place on Tuesday, April 16th, at approximately 8:10 pm.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, the male suspect, captured on video surveillance, allegedly stole nearly $200 worth of meat from the store. As he exited the premises, the suspect reportedly pushed a female Aldi employee.

Authorities stated that the suspect fled the scene on foot, heading north in the direction of Lake County.
