Former President Donald Trump released a video on Wednesday calling for reform, starting with a halt of taxpayer dollars used to free illegal aliens and saying that our country is under invasion.
“The most important reform needed right now is a total ban on Biden using taxpayer dollars to free illegal aliens and criminal penalties for administrative non-compliance, which happens every single minute of every single day,” Trump said.
“Our country is being poisoned,” Trump said.
“Far more illegal immigrants, have entered the united states in the last two years than at any time in American history, and by a massive margin. We’ve never seen anything like it,” Trump said. “Our country is under invasion.”
“Our border is opened because Joe Biden has ordered it to be open and because Biden has broken the law and torn it into shreds,” Trump said. “He has shredded our system, and he’s destroying our country.”

“Biden inherited a flawless deportation system that was working like never before in our history. We never did so well on the border as we were doing just a short time ago under the Trump administration,” Trump said.
On Monday, Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody said that President Joe Biden has been “breaking down” America’s southern border from the moment he took office.
In an interview with Fox News, Moody, a Republican, denounced Biden for lax immigration policies that, in essence, have erased the U.S. southern border.
“From day one of Biden’s administration, he has started breaking down the border,” Moody said.
Moody added the federal border authorities have told her, under oath, that Biden has stripped them of the ability to detain immigrants while forcing them to release illegals into the heart of the country.
During her comments, Moody referred to a training video that she said she released on Tuesday, in which federal agents say they simply hand illegals a piece of paper and no other processing.
“They have purposefully dismantled from day one our immigration system, and now they want to blame Title 42’s rescission for what is about to happen,” said Moody.
“They can’t manage the border now. They’re not managing the border now. And the day of reckoning for the United States is upon us when Title 42 gets lifted.”
Title 42 was the law, most recently invoked by the Trump administration, that allowed federal agents to expel illegal immigrants without a hearing for public health reasons. Trump officials had used COVID-19 as the rationale for enforcing Title 42.
Moody posted the video she referred to on Tuesday on her office’s Twitter account. In it, an unidentified Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent refers to Operation Horizon.
“Over the summer [of 2021], we had well over 150,000 folks come in. They were issued a piece of paper that said, ‘Go find somebody in ICE,’ and that was pretty much it,” the officer said in describing the program.
“There was no processing. I know this isn’t something that you guys asked for, and I can assure you that no one in the criminal alien program asked for it either.”
Adding further details to Operation Horizon, another officer notes in the video, “Since March 2021, CBP [Customs and Border Protection] has been releasing noncitizens on prosecutorial discretion or humanitarian parole and directing them to report to the nearest ICE office where they intend to reside.”
“This process does not address the underlying challenges regarding ICE’s congressionally mandated responsibilities to locate, arrest and place into removal proceedings those noncitizens who are not in possession of a valid, unexpired entry document,” the officer continues.

Apparently, Operation Horizon was an attempt to somewhat remedy the Biden administration’s misguided open-borders policy.
According to The Blaze on Monday, ICE agents were directed to locate addresses of illegals who had just been released into the country and serve them charging documents.
The problem was that agents were not required to at least track the address, so at least 150,000 illegals simply disappeared.
In another interview with Fox News Digital on Tuesday, Moody denounced Biden’s “devious, reckless scheme” to promote illegal immigration.
“With Title 42 set to end, the administration may blame the mass surge of unvetted migrants on this rule’s remission, but don’t be fooled. They’re playing fast and loose with the lives of Americans to advance an absurd political agenda, and the day of reckoning is upon us,” she said.
“As our litigation uncovered, this has been this administration’s plan all along. They’ve let in and lost track of hundreds of thousands of inadmissible immigrants, and it is about to get worse. We will continue our litigation efforts to force Biden to follow the law and try to mitigate this national disaster.”
