Dozier claimed her prize at the Lottery’s Orlando District Office, choosing to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $640,000.00.
The winning ticket was purchased at Upsala Grocery, 300 Upsala Road in Sanford. The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the lucky scratch-off.
