A Florida woman is in the tank, literally, after dumping hot sauce into a fish tank, killing a victim’s fish.
Deputies responded to a home on SE 45th Court in Marion County on July 4, 2022, in reference to a disturbance.
According to deputies, the investigation revealed that Tracey Bogan, 51, had poured hot sauce into a fish tank resulting in the death of the victim’s fish.
She also battered the victim during an argument, according to deputies.
Bogan was arrested for Animal Cruelty and battery and taken to the Marion County Jail, booked on a $2,000 bond. Her first court appearance is scheduled for Jul 20, 2022.
