A 36-year-old Florida woman was arrested Saturday after fleeing from Deputies on the bicycle path, investigators say.
Dailys Perez-Garcia, 36, was charged with fleeing and eluding.
Deputies in Monroe County say that Perez-Garcia was driving northbound on U.S. 1 near Mile Marker 101 at approximately 4:30 a.m.
She was flickering her lights and veering on and off the bicycle path when the Sheriff’s Office attempted to make a traffic stop.

But, she failed to stop until the Sheriff’s Office spiked her tires.
Perez-Garcia eventually stopped near Mile Marker 106 and refused verbal commands to exit the vehicle.
She was removed from the vehicle and taken to Monroe County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
