A 19-year-old FLorida woman was arrested on Tuesday after a fatal stabbing of a Circle K clerk during an altercation.
According to Altamonte Springs Police Department, on December 19, 2023, at approximately 10:54 p.m., officers responded to the emergency room at AdventHealth Altamonte in reference to an adult female who had been stabbed.
The victim, 21-year-old Lakeira Hall, was later pronounced deceased at the hospital due to her injuries.
Detectives discovered that Hall and the suspect, Leanna Ramnarine, 19, were involved in a dispute while at the Circle K, located at 109 E Altamonte Drive in Altamonte Springs.

Ramnarine used a knife to stab Hall several times. Hall was transported to the hospital by a friend who was present during the altercation. She was pronounced deceased shortly after arriving at the hospital.
Ramnarine was taken into custody today and booked into the John E. Polk Correctional Facility, where she remains incarcerated with no bond. She is charged with Murder in the Second Degree.
