The Florida Lottery announced on Thursday that Mensny Oreste, 41, of Kissimmee, claimed a $5 million top prize from the GOLD RUSH LIMITED Scratch-Off game at the Lottery’s Headquarters in Tallahassee.
She chose to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $3,960,000.00.
Oreste purchased her winning ticket from Circle K at 2500 South French Avenue in Sanford.
The retailer will receive a $10,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.
