A total of 29 people have been arrested in a law enforcement operation, cracking down on Fentanyl traffickers, dubbed “Operation Fallen Star”.
According to investigators, Andres ‘Roko’ Ubiles Ruiz, Alexander ‘Menor’ Rodriguez Carrion, and their 18 co-conspirators were part of a drug trafficking organization distributing deadly fentanyl-laced with horse tranquilizer and cocaine in Orange County.
The months-long investigation led to 29 arrests and the seizures of two guns, $337,000 in assets, and nearly a pound of fentanyl and cocaine, according to OCSO.
The Orange County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Section investigated this case and the Attorney General’s Office of Statewide Prosecution is prosecuting this case.
