Florida To Lower Flags To Half-Staff On 9/11 In Remembrance Of Lives Lost

Twenty-three years have passed since the tragic events of September 11th, 2001. The United States remains united in honoring the memory of the 2,977 lives lost, including the brave first responders, law enforcement officers, and military personnel who selflessly responded to the attacks.

Florida Governor DeSantis has ordered flags across Florida to be flown at half-staff on Wednesday, September 11th, 2024, from sunrise to sunset as a symbol of respect and remembrance for all those who perished on that day.
