A Sheriff Deputy in Florida has been released from his duties after having sex on the job.
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement’s (FDLE) Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission is reviewing a former deputy’s law enforcement certification status after Collier County Sheriff Office Deputy Juan Vazquez admitted to having sex on the job.
The investigation revealed that Vazquez engaged in “outrageous and egregious actions” by having sex with a consenting adult female while he was on duty.
According to reports, the boyfriend of the woman Vazquez was having sex with, supplied video evidence to investigators showing that Vazquez had sex on the job twice, the back of his patrol car, and with the same woman.
Vasquez was interviewed on September 28th and said that he’d only had sex on the job one time.
But the next day the tipster returned to investigators with the second video.
“I’m not against sex, but you’re working for me, I’m paying you, you’re supposed to protect me, “ Collier County Sheriff Kennedy told Wink News.
