Almost every day now Americans are smacked with news of an American victimized by a violent crime committed by an illegal immigrant.
As Fox News reporter Bill Melugin, who has been the leading journalist documenting the tidal wave of illegals flooding the southern border, noted on X on Wednesday, “Can’t keep up w/ these stories at this point.”
Melugin was referring to the arrest in Louisiana of an illegal from Honduras who was accused of raping a 14-year-old girl at knifepoint and then stabbing another man repeatedly in a robbery attempt.

Yet Sen. Marco Rubio believes the worst is yet to come.
Rubio predicted more doom and gloom for Americans on President Joe Biden’s watch in an interview Wednesday with Fox News anchor Sean Hannity.
Rubio noted that one would expect to find numerous criminals if millions of people from anywhere on the planet were suddenly relocated to another part of the world.
The issue is who Biden is allowing to come in.
“These people aren’t committing crimes because they’re migrants. They’re committing crimes because they’re criminals, and they’re just releasing them into the country,” Rubio said.
“It’s only going to get worse.”
Rubio added that Biden could fix the illegal immigrant crime wave by reimplementing policies enforced by former President Donald Trump.

“But he won’t do it because it would require him to admit that Trump was right,” said Rubio, “and so we’re going to continue with this mess.”
Rubio also noted that Biden won’t shut down the border because he answers to “a radical base that believes in open borders.”
“God forbid that Joe Biden is re-elected.”
Rubio also said this episode should not be called immigration.
“This is mass migration. This is an invasion of the country. No other country in the world would tolerate it. And we’re paying the price for it, right now, in real time, with real American victims,” said Rubio.

Rubio noted that countries hostile to America understand that border authorities cannot vet everyone and are sending nefarious characters over with fake identification.
“Something terrible is going to happen. It’s just a matter of time now. I hope I’m wrong,” said Rubio.
But, he added, “We’re heading in a bad direction. Something bad is gonna happen. It really is and it’s unfortunate. And it’ll be Joe Biden’s fault.”
