Florida Purple Alert Issued For Missing, Endangered Tampa Woman

TAMPA, Fla. – Tampa Police are currently searching for 32-year-old Altonette Everett. She said she was in the 5100 block of W.Gandy Blvd on Saturday at 8:40 PM.

Police say Everett made statements that made her friends concerned for her personal well-being. Everett is approximately 5’0 and weighs about 140 pounds. Unknown clothing.

Officers remain in the area searching for her. Anyone who may have information is asked to call Tampa Police at 813-231-6230, so we can help reunite her with her concerned family and friends.

The Florida Purple Alert is used to assist in the location of missing adults suffering from a mental or cognitive disability that is not Alzheimer’s disease or a dementia-related disorder; an intellectual disability or a developmental disability; a brain injury; other physical, mental or emotional disabilities that are not related to substance abuse; or a combination of any of these and whose disappearance poses a credible threat of immediate danger or seriously bodily harm.
