A Florida pool company had 8ft worth of surprises when they arrived at a pool service client earlier this week.
In footage posted on Tuesday to the Facebook page of Hodge Pool Service, which operates out of Venice, Florida, workers arrived at a client’s home to find an 8ft gator frolicking on the water.
The 8ft gator can be seen moving slowly through the pool before the arrival of the Florida Fish and Wildlife authorities.
“No matter what’s in your pool, you will have peace of mind,” said Hodge Pool Service in a Facebook post.
Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) were called in to help and worked to safely move the animal out of danger and out of the pool.
As FWC officers attempt the initial capture of the gator, you can watch it thrash, pull, and spin trying to avoid capture.
