A Florida Missing Child Alert was issued Tuesday evening for two 14-year-old boys, Franklin Cruz and Xavier Pile-Kittle, who were last seen in Homestead. Authorities are urgently seeking the public’s assistance in locating them.
The two teenagers were last seen in the area of the 320th block of Northwest 3rd Avenue in Homestead.
Franklin Cruz is described as a 14-year-old white-Hispanic male. He stands 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs approximately 150 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a distinctive black and grey True Religion hoodie, black pants, and black and grey Nike Air Max shoes.

Xavier Pile-Kittle is described as a 14-year-old black male. He is taller, standing 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing around 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. His last known attire was a black hoodie, black pants, and black Crocs.
The circumstances surrounding their disappearance have not been detailed, but the issuance of a statewide Missing Child Alert underscores the urgency of the situation.
Law enforcement asks anyone who may have seen Franklin Cruz or Xavier Pile-Kittle, or anyone with information regarding their current whereabouts, to immediately contact the Homestead Police Department at 305-247-1535 or call 911.
