A Florida MISSING CHILD Alert was issued for 13-year-old Breanne Spivey. Breanne is a white female, 5 feet 1 inch tall, 100 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen in the area of the 3900th block of Sparky Lane in Plant City, Florida, and may be wearing glasses.
