Florida Missing Child Alert For 9-Year-Old Layla Jenkins Canceled, Child Is Safe

The Florida Missing Child alert issued for Layla Jenkins has been canceled, the child has been located safe.

A Florida MISSING CHILD Alert was issued for Layla Jenkins, a black female, 9 years old, 4 feet 10 inches tall, 70 pounds, brown hair, and brown eyes, missing from the area of the 5400 block of 110th Street in Jacksonville, Florida.

The child may be in the company of Nikita Adside, a black female, 5 feet 4 inches tall, 120 pounds, black hair and brown eyes.

Nikita may have a tattoo of the name “Layla” on her throat.

According to FDLE, they may be in the area of the 1800 block of Myrtle Avenue or the Harts Road and Dunn Avenue area in Jacksonville.

Due to an ongoing investigation, this case has been upgraded to a Missing Child Alert.
