A Florida MISSING CHILD Alert has been issued for 16-year-old Emma Peebles. She is a white female, 5 feet 4 inches tall, 170 pounds, with red hair and brown eyes.
Emma was last seen in the area of the 400th block of Southwest Ralph Terrace in Lake City, Florida. She may have scars on her lower legs.
