The child may be with Alexander Puyda, a white male 6 feet 2 inches tall, 140 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes.
Alexander has a scar on his abdomen.
They may be traveling in a 2017 blue Toyota Corolla, FL, tag number 5295YZ. The subjects may have traveled to the state of Georgia. If located, DO NOT APPROACH.
