According to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, Carter Jourdain, 10, has been located and is safe.
Previous Report: A Florida MISSING CHILD Alert has been issued for 10-year-old Carter Jourdain. Carter is a black male, 5 feet tall, and weighs 130 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a green shirt and green shorts. He may also be carrying a book.

Carter was last seen in the area of the 140 block of Jewel Drive in Altamonte Springs, Florida. Authorities urge residents to CHECK WATER as part of their search.
