Florida Missing Child Alert Issued For 17-Year-Old Allister Nasr Of St. Petersburg

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – A Florida Missing Child Alert has been issued for 17-year-old Allister Nasr, who was last seen in the area of the 6500 block of Bayou Grande Boulevard Northeast in St. Petersburg.

Allister Nasr is described as a white male, 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing approximately 165 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray jacket, blue shorts, and white shoes.

Initially, it was believed that Allister may have been riding a white beach cruiser bicycle. However, the bicycle has since been located, and Allister remains missing. He was last seen traveling southbound on Bayou Grande Boulevard Northeast.

Due to an ongoing investigation, the case has been upgraded to a Missing Child Alert. The St. Petersburg Police Department is urging anyone with information about Allister Nasr’s whereabouts to come forward.

PREVIOUS REPORT: The search for 17-year-old Allister Samer Nasr continues after police discovered his bicycle, but the teenager remains missing.

Allister, who was last seen on March 1st, is considered an endangered missing person due to concerns about his personal safety.

On Wednesday, March 12th, at approximately 1 p.m., police located Allister’s white Beach Cruiser bicycle in the area of 94th Avenue North and San Martin Boulevard Northeast, south of Gandy Boulevard.

The discovery prompted an extensive search of the Weedon Island Preserve area, involving air, land, and water resources. Officers utilized drones, marine boats, and K9 units, including search and rescue bloodhounds and cadaver dogs.

The search resumed today, as authorities continue their efforts to locate Allister.

Allister was last seen leaving his home near the 6500 block of Bayou Grande Boulevard Northeast at approximately 10 a.m. on March 1st. He was wearing blue shorts, a gray sweatshirt, and white shoes, and carrying a black backpack. Shortly after, he reportedly dropped off the black backpack at a nearby school campus and switched to a red backpack.

Police are urging anyone with information about Allister’s whereabouts to come forward.

PREVIOUS REPORT: The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) is urgently seeking the public’s help in locating 17-year-old Allister Nasr, who has been missing since March 1, 2025.  

Allister was last seen leaving his home in St. Petersburg on the morning of March 1st. Shortly after, he was captured on surveillance footage riding his beige beach cruiser bicycle near Mangrove Bay Middle School. This is the last known sighting of him.

His family describes his disappearance as completely out of character, as he has never gone missing before and has not contacted any family members since. They are deeply concerned for his safety.

The Nasr family has shared a message hoping it will reach Allister:

“If you see this, please know how much we love and miss you. You have always been the heart of our family, bringing kindness, compassion, and joy to our lives. It breaks our hearts not to share everyday moments with you—meals, laughs, or even just a simple good morning.

Authorities believe Allister may still be in the St. Petersburg area, but he could also have traveled to Fort Myers or Kissimmee, Florida.

To increase awareness of Allister’s case, his missing poster is being featured on the Ring Neighbors app through a partnership between NCMEC and Ring. This will reach millions of users and provide real-time updates.
