The Florida Lottery announced that Bernard Waters, 63, of Milton, Florida, claimed a $5 million top prize from the $20 MONOPOLY DOUBLER Scratch-Off game at Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee.
He chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $3,994,698.00.
Waters purchased his winning ticket from S Food Mart Three, LLC, at 6025 Stewart Street in Milton. The retailer will receive a $10,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.
