The Florida Lottery announces that Arnold Saces, 58, of Miami, claimed a $1 million prize from the FLORIDA 300X THE CASH Holiday Edition Scratch-Off game at the Lottery’s Orlando District Office.
He chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $695,500.00.
Saces purchased his winning ticket from Publix, located at 1776 Biscayne Boulevard in Miami. The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.
