A Florida man who tattooed the Waffle House logo on his calf pleaded no contest to a theft charge after refusing to pay the $250 owed for the tat.

Max Krejckant, 33, Clearwater, was arrested on December 2, 2023, after having the tattoo done at the Ink Godz parlor in St. Petersburg but refusing to pay.

He was allegedly drinking the night he got the tattoo, and when it came time to pay the $250, Krejckant only had $6 on him and no debit or credit cards.

On Monday, a judge ordered him to pay $675 in fines, court costs, and fees.
